Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Ownership and operator

This Site is owned and operated by Thadeus Chang, a Financial Consultant with Affluence Wealth Advisory, an agency branch representing Manulife (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to the owner and operator of the Site, unless the context requires otherwise.

2. Permitted use

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and for your personal, non-commercial use, which may include:

• learning about financial planning concepts and services;
• obtaining information about the representative and his practice; and
• submitting enquiries or appointment requests via contact forms.

Any other use, including for commercial or competitive purposes, is not permitted unless you obtain our prior written consent.

3. Prohibited use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, server or related systems.
